Hi neighbors - If you're a regular reader of the FPF's news from surrounding communities, you may have seen the heated discussions about new development coming to our corner of the state, from Maplefields to Dollar Generals to Wal-marts. The discussion always seems to start with someone asking "Won't our zoning rules protect us from these developments that don't fit with our community?", and too often the answer is no.

Before 128 gets finished, before businesses propose to relocate to Westford's center, and before it's too late, the Planning Committee wants your feedback to shape what developing the Town Common should look like. We're thankful for the feedback you've given us in the past surveys, and now we're asking you for some more targeted advice.
