PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Cabot Planning Commission has prepared draft amendments to the Cabot Zoning Regulations. A public hearing to receive public comment has been scheduled as follows:

Date: December 3, 2015
Time: 7 P.M.
Location: Willey Memorial Building

Summary and State of Purpose: The Cabot Planning Commission is proposing a substantially revised and updated zoning bylaw to replace the current zoning bylaw. Changes include but are not limited to modifications to zoning districts and dimensional standards for lots and setbacks, creation of a Development Review Board to replace the existing Zoning Board of Adjustment _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Planning Commission is also proposing a separate bylaw for major and minor subdivisions of land. Subdivision regulations do not currently exist.

Geographic Areas Affected: All areas of the Town of Cabot
