Hi Neighbors,
Our last 3 sessions of Osher will be films, facilitated by film aficionado and local historian Rick Winston. The theme for all 3 is ''1950's TV as Seen on Film.'' This week's film, on Wednesday, November 18, will be ''A Face in the Crowd,'' Elia Kazan's 1957 drama about a country singer (Andy Griffith) who becomes a television idol and demagogue. All 3 showings will be at the Savoy.
