The Franklin County Stormwater Collaborative will be offering a free workshop for homeowners interested in learning how to identify and reduce stormwater on their property. This workshop will provide the tools for residents to map out the flow of stormwater on your property and how to determine what best management practices are a good fit for your property based on site conditions. Residents of the City and Town will receive a FREE UVM soil test.
