We are excited to offer an opportunity for people to get involved in the climate justice movement in the greater Montpelier area. We meet every other Sunday at the Unitarian Church of Montpelier.
Central Vermont Climate Action meeting this Sunday 11/15 6:30-8:00 pm, Unitarian Church of Montpelier, Fireside Room. We will be planning actions in conjunction with the Paris Climate Talks (http://350.org/paris).
Save the dates:
Saturday, November 28, from 12 noon to 12:30, UCM will RING the BELLS of HOPE, and hold a short vigil on the steps in solidarity with Global Climate Marches at the start of the Talks. Volunteers will "leaflet" around town.
Saturday, December 12, JOBS, JUSTICE and CLIMATE huge rally 1-3pm, Boston. (350VT will have sign-ups for buses).
If you marched in The People's Climate March in NYC last year, you won't want to miss this rally close to home. If you missed NY, here's your chance to be invigorated and inspired to act for climate justice, for our children, for the Earth, our home.
