The Marquis Theatre in Middlebury is hosting a free martial arts expo this Sunday, Nov 15, 11 am - 1 pm. Featured will be Blue Heron Aikido, Falling Water Tai Chi, Green Mt Inti Ombak Silat, Tae Kwon Do KICKS, and my own club, the Vermont Fencing Alliance. Each club will do a 20 minute live demo on stage, and be on hand the whole time to answer questions and give information on how you can get involved. The Southwest Cafe will be open for lunch.
