This message is being posted to inform you that the public is always invited and welcomed to the Planning Commission meetings. Each development application allows the public to comment on the project. The next meeting is this Thursday, November 12th @ 6:30 p.m., at 145 Maple Street (Police building conference room). Applications under review are:

71 Center Road-The Town of Essex Recreation Department is requesting to utilize the vacant space in this building to run some of its programs. It is on the consent agenda (meaning a draft approval letter has been written up for PC review and approval at the meeting.)

42 River Road-The project for this property (new 7,000 s.f. building) has already been approved. The applicant, Nate Crete, is asking to shift the location 7' to the east. This is another consent agenda item.

57 Saxon Hill, this is the last of 3 meetings. The Estate of Villeneuve is proposing a 5 residential lot subdivision on a 154.27 acre lot. Sketch and Preliminary review have been approved. This is final review and the results (approval or denial) will likely be determined at this meeting.

9 Indian Brook Road, this is also the last of 3 meetings. Mr. Unsworth has already received sketch & preliminary plan approval with the PC, and conditional use approval from the Zoning Board. This is the final review for a proposed 9 lot subdivision.
