Join your friends and neighbors for Community Mindfulness Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 at the Winooski Senior Center, 123 Barlow Street. All ages welcome. No previous experience needed. Mindfulness is focused relaxed attention. We have 20 minutes of guided mindfulness and then a discussion. Tea is served.
On Thursday, November 12, we will practice Yoga Nidra, a mindfulness exercise that is also called yogic sleep. It's very comfortable and relaxing and takes you on a pleasant journey. Bring a mat or blanket to lie on, blanket to put on top of you, a pillow for your head and maybe one for under your knees. This will feel very good!
