A benefit for the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf and Burlington Sunrise Rotary

WHAT:
The Trotting of the Turkeys kicks off the giving season by donating turkeys to the Food Shelf and raising needed resources for Rotary. Get into costume, grab a frozen turkey and trot it down Church Street. Each turkey will be donated to the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf upon completion of your trot.

The $50 registration donation covers the cost of the turkey and provides the needed resources for the Burlington Sunrise Rotary Club’s community support efforts, including literacy projects in Burlington, water quality in Africa and other hunger-related services.
