Please swing by the Municipal Gym in Middlebury on Saturday evening between 7 and 9 pm to celebrate the publication of The Audacity of Hoop: Basketball and the Age of Obama. There will be light fare and refreshments, a slide show of images from the book, a life-size "POTUS" in basketball gear, and sale of books by the Vermont Book Shop to benefit the Everybody Wins! reading mentoring program at Mary Hogan School and the Middlebury Recreation Department scholarship fund.
