This week OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) will welcome author Charles Johnson, who will speak to us about his new book ''Ice Ship.'' This book describes 3 polar voyages by the ice ship Fram and her crews. Johnson's E. Montpelier neighbor Willem Lange says of this book ''it captures the essence of the Norse spirit that fills in the answer to the one remaining question: Why?" Come learn about these incredible voyages.
