Hello neighbors. A special invitation to the residents of Lakeview Terrace, North Avenue and Ward 3. A hearing will occur at the November 12 Wards 2&3 NPA meeting where Redstone CG will present its initial plans for developing the property across the street from the bottom of North St. Basically, the parking area for present day COTS/the old Burlington College. This is the lot where Depot St meets Lakeview Terrace and North Ave at 85 North Ave.

Project description:
The proposed project comprises four wood-framed stories of apartments over a three-story concrete parking garage. Fifty-six apartments and 79 spaces in the garage are proposed. The lot presently consists of a parking lot and a wooded slope. The parking lot is shared with COTS and will be reworked to provide spaces for their facility and the new building, as well as fire department access. The proposed building will be built into the slope, with the garage below the level of the lot and the majority of the apartments above.

Wards 2&3 NPA, at 7pm on November 12, at the McClure MultiGen Center/Champlain Senior Center. Later on the agenda- different topics- we have scheduled Mayor Weinberger and then Police Chief del Pozo.
