Hi neighbors & friends - East Montpelier's Liz Stephen will shortly be departing to Europe to begin the World Cup race season. This will be her 10th season as a member of the US Ski Team (USST) and she has high hopes to excel even beyond last season, when she was the top US woman, ranking 10th in the world overall. She has had support from local companies, Onion River Sports, Skida (come see this year's Friends of Liz hats, neckies, buffs, etc) and our host this Sunday, Fresh Tracks Farm. She would love to see everyone who is rooting for her and for the USST athletes, so please feel invited to come have a glass of Fresh Tracks' delicious wines and encourage Liz to GO FAST and smile!
