It is never too late to begin the journey to a healthier lifestyle. This 8 week course incorporates discussion with focus on easy, healthy food options as well as physical workouts, gradually increasing over the 8 week course from low-impact with no weights to moderate impact and light weight work. Weekly challenges and daily motivation will be given through a private Facebook forum. Daily 10-minute workout videos will be provided and most of all support from your instructors. This class is designed for students who feel they need extra support and guidance in the path to living a healthy lifestyle.
