The Berlin Planning Commission invites you to attend their second public workshop to learn about and discuss the comprehensive revision to the town’s zoning and subdivision regulations that is currently in progress. The meeting will be held Wednesday, November 11 at 7 p.m. in the Berlin Elementary School library.

The focus of the evening will be to present a proposed zoning map and districts. The Planning Commission is considering changes to the zoning district boundaries and standards throughout town. We encourage all town residents to review our preliminary work and help us refine it by providing feedback on the potential new zoning for your property or area of town. The revised map, a summary of the proposed districts and the first draft of portions of the regulations are available on the project website.
