Come learn abut bear ecology, behavior, and the challenges of living with and managing Vermont’s black bear population with wildlife biologist Forrest Hammond. Before joining Vermont Fish & Wildlife, Forrest studied black bear and grizzly bear in Wyoming, and is currently the leader of the Department’s black bear program.
