A group of concerned parents have invited Representative Steve Barry to meet with us for a discussion about the future of school choice under Act 46. Representatives David Sharpe, Chair of the House Committee on Education, and Representative Bernard Juskiewicz, who serves on the House Committee on Education, have graciously agreed to join him as they provide information and answer questions about the impact of Act 46 on School Choice.
This meeting will take place on November 3rd at the Martha Canfield Library in Arlington Vermont at 5:30pm. Act 46 will impact local decisions on education, local property taxes, and school choice throughout the state. Residents will ultimately be asked to vote on plans that will forever change the structure of control over education throughout the state. Please try to attend this important meeting.
