Learn the benefits of yoga from the basics of alignment and breath. The use of support enables all bodies to accomplish yoga poses safely. Feel the tension in the mind and body dissolve as you combine breath and movement. Linda has taught yoga for 25 years; most of her training is in the Iyengar method, a form of hatha yoga that emphasizes posture and breath control.
