An Evening of Scratch Cooking with Chef Adam Woogmaster

Location: Goddard College Kitchen
(Park down in the lower lot, follow signs to the Dining Room in the Haybarn Building)

In separate segments, tie on an apron and spend an evening with Chef Adam Woogmaster. First you’ll produce a batch of fragrant, freshly-made bagels with a fluffy-chewy awesomeness all their own. Also, Chef Adam will demonstrate the building blocks of flavorful pan sauces you can adapt to a myriad of uses in your own kitchen. Come for a “2-for-1”night.
