Cindy Pierce, author of SEXPLOITATION: HELPING KIDS DEVELOP HEALTHY SEXUALITY IN A PORN-DRIVEN WORLD will be at Shelburne Town Hall on Tuesday, November 3 at 7 pm.
Do you struggle with how to address the complicated topic of sex with your kids, especially in a culture that wants to shelter them but where many young people learn about sex via porn on the internet? Even young elementary school students are encountering images and videos without context or helpful conversations with their parents.
Luckily, Cindy Pierce exists and will help you navigate this territory. The mother of four children, she travels the country speaking with college students about healthy and safe sexuality, and with parents about how to have these difficult but important conversations with their kids. She is also an award-winning comedic storyteller, so her presentations are hilarious as well as helpful.
