Shy Guy Gelato is small Burlington VT Gelato company devoted to the craft of making Artisan Southern Italian style Gelato. This week we will have samples and pints for sale of Salted Cornflake Gelato, Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Gelato, Sriracha Gelato, Everything Bagel Gelato, Thai Tea Gelato, Concord Grape Sorbet and Apple&Beet Sorbet.
