The VFW will be hosting a turkey dinner this Sunday, Nov. 1, at the Folsom School in South Hero. Serving begins at noon and goes till 2 pm. You can make sure you have a ticket by calling 802 373 1921. $12 per person gets you roast turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, winter squash, peas, rolls, and your choice of apple crisp or pumpkin pie. Seniors 65 and up get in for $10 and children 10 and under are charged only $6. You can also have it as take out. Monies raised will go toward their building fund.
