KATIE BACK has over 25 years of experience in the Alexander Technique. She is a graduate of the Philadelphia School for the Alexander Technique--a 3 ½ year, 1200 hour certified teacher training course. She has an extensive background in movement education and therapeutic healing arts. She teaches awareness in action using The Alexander Technique, developmental movement explorations and mindfulness practices to bring about lasting change in her students. She loves helping people discover how to move naturally without strain and to rebuild their trust in their own body's ability to change and heal. She enjoys working with people of all ages and life circumstances who are ready and willing to learn. She maintains a private practice in Montpelier,Vermont
