Musicians Neil Rossi , fiddle and guitar, and Tom Akstens, banjo and mandolin, will present "Scoundrels, Trains, and Tragic Romance," an evening of American ballad songs and instrumentals on Friday, Nov 6, 7-8p.m. at Memorial Hall, Towers Road, Essex Center.
