Game of Logging Chainsaw Safety and Skills Class for Landowners
Cold Hollow to Canada (CHC) is sponsoring two sessions for folks to learn chainsaw safety and skills in Enosburg on Saturday, November 7th and Sunday, November 8th. Each level builds upon the one before. By listening to explanations, watching demonstrations, and then practicing techniques, participants come away with better work habits and greater confidence in their ability to safely fell trees and work in the woods.
Level I - Saturday, November 7th
This introductory level provides an overview of chain saw safety and covers basic tree felling and you will fell a tree!
Level II - Sunday, November 8th (must have completed Level I)
This level covers basic saw maintenance and chain sharpening techniques and provides another opportunity for tree felling.
