Join a whole heap of Vermonters for a mass demonstration against the Vermont Gas Pipeline, the state's largest fossil fuel infrastructure expansion in 50 years. Together we will protest not only this pipeline, but all projects across the region that threaten our climate and put communities at risk.
A year ago, over 500 people rallied in Montpelier demanding a stop to the fracked gas pipeline, and 64 were arrested in an occupation of the Governor's office. A year has passed, and still the pipeline project is in limbo! Now the Governor's staff has attempted a back-room deal with VT Gas, so we're rising up to shut them down. No more fossil fuel dependence, no more climate chaos!
