Join City leaders and hundreds of riders for a rolling Halloween costume party! The police-escorted parade begins at City Hall Park at 2PM. Bike decorating and other activities begin at 1:30. The easy 4 mile ride ends at Oakledge Park at the Halloween Howl, a fun and free event for kids! Enjoy hayrides, take a brave adventure on the haunted walk, trick-or-treat, decorate a mini gourd, get your face painted, or get your fortune told! The haunted walk is wheelchair-accessible.
