Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) Systems
Self Defense Class for Females
Four Class (12 hour) Program
November 6th, 7th, 13th and 14th 6:00pm-9:00pm
South Burlington Middle School, FHTMS 500 Dorset St.
- Realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women
- Is a comprehensive, Women-only course
- Begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance
- Progresses on to the basics of hands-on defense training.
- R.A.D. is not a Martial Arts program
• This course will be instructed by South Burlington Police Officers who are nationally certified R.A.D. Instructors.
• Each student will be provided a workbook/reference manual that outlines the entire Physical Defense Program for reference and continuous personal growth, and is the key to our free lifetime return and practice policy for R.A.D. graduates.
• The R.A.D. system empowers women to make their own decisions regarding self-preservation.
