Preschool Literacy Night will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at the Manchester Community Library from 5:30 to 7 PM. Pizza will be served, followed by a Halloween story time and crafts. Free event, open to the public. Sponsored by Manchester Community Library, Bennington County Head Start, MEMS, and Manchester Lions Club.
