Lot 1 would include 6.5 acres with the existing home and Lot 2 would create an additional building lot on 3.5 acres. Property location: 251 Butternut Lane in the Rural Residential 2 Zoning District. Continued from 10/6/15 meeting. SITE VISIT at 6 PM.
4. Barry Russell: Conditional Use Review for an accessory apartment that would be added to the existing detached garage. Property location: 2213 Gilman Rd in the Agricultural Zoning District.
5. Stuart & Taryn Slote: 2-lot Subdivision Sketch Plan Review for a 10.6-acre property. Lot 1 would include 4 acres with the existing house, and Lot 2 would create a new building lot on 6.6 acres. Property location: 350 Hayden Hill Road West in the Rural Residential 2 Zoning District.
6. Theresa Giroux Trust/Annette Besaw: 3-lot Subdivision Sketch Plan Review for a 10.7-acre property. Lot 1 would be 2.2 acres and include the existing single-family residence and detached apartment. Lot 2 would comprise 3.1 acres. Lot 3 would comprise 5.4 acres. Property location: 429 Richmond Rd in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District.
