The Vermont Symphonic Winds, under the direction of conductor Lisa Jablow, will perform in the McCarthy Arts Center Recital Hall at St. Michael’s College on Sunday, Oct. 18 at 3 pm. The repertoire will include works by Frank Ticheli, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Steven Reineke, Arcangelo Corelli and much more. Admission is $10 and $5 for seniors. Children under 12 and those with an SMC id will be admitted free of charge. This concert is sponsored by the St. Michael’s College Department of Fine Arts. I have enjoyed playing with this group of musicians and fellow music teachers over the years. Hope to see you there!
