This gentle Autumn yoga session for women begins Monday, October 19 at 8:20 am. in the Outback (aka gym) at Marlboro Elementary.
Dress comfortably for movement. Layers work great. Socked & bare feet. A water bottle. A mat if you have one and a cozy cover up/blanket for relaxation.
Full session (7 classes) $66
