Craftsbury Schools and Sterling College students will prepare a seasonal, locavore meal for the annual Harvest Dinner and it will be served at 6 P.M on Wednesday, October 21st at the Church on the Common.This event is free to the community. Elementary school students will contribute handmade squash pies, bread, and apple cider, while Sterling will prepare beef stew and vegetable chowder. The meal is supplied by generous donations from local farms: produce from Pete’s Greens, apples from local trees, sweet corn and milk from the Jones Farm, and pie crusts and spices from the Sterling College kitchen.
