You're invited to the screening of She Sings to the Stars. It has been selected to be shown at the Vermont International Film Festival right here in Burlington at Main Street Landing on Sat., Oct. 24 at 5:30. Donation: $5-10. There will be a reception after it with a cash bar and free yummies. It won an award for Best Feature Film at the Toronto Independent Film Festival. And my sister and brother made it!!!

Definitely a big screen movie given the stunning photography that captures the southwest where it takes place. A Native grandmother brings her wisdom and her connection with the Star People to a transformative effect on a couple of men in transition to and from LA. Surprising characters and twists make it an engaging story.
