Tai Chi for Balance and Well-Being

This introductory class is for anyone interesting in improving balance and agility. This form of Tai Chi is more upright and safe for seniors and can also be done seated. Data indicates TCA can reduce falls by 55% and recurrent falls by 70%. Benefits include: improved strength, balance and agility and; reduced joint pain, stress and depression. Tai chi combines deep breathing and slow, continuous movements that help anchor you in the present. It’s a great respite in your busy life-style. Come join in or just observe to see what it's all about.
