Community Senior Center Offers "Tai Chi for Well-Being and Balance."

Next Thursday, October 15th at 1:00 at the Richmond Free Library, the Community Senior Center is offering “Tai Chi for Well - being and Balance.” You may have heard about Tai Chi, but perhaps you’re not \quite sure what it’s all about. This is your chance to learn how Tai Chi helps to improve balance and agility and increase upper and lower body strength. There will be a demonstration and a chance for you to participate if you’d like. The program is free and open to all.
