Human Trafficking Awareness Day

Alliance Community Fellowship and the Women’s Network and Shelter will co-host a Human Trafficking Awareness Day on Sunday, October 11.

At 10:30am Jasmine Grace Marino of the Abolitionist Network will come and share her story. Jasmine is a thoughtful, well-spoken survivor leader in the anti-trafficking movement. Empowering women and watching them heal and transform their lives is what drives her passion for this work. You can read more about Jasmine Grace Marino at her blog site http://jasminegrace.org/

Following her story, we are planning a lunch at the Franklin Conference Center. To save your spot for go to www.acfrutland.org and click on the Human Trafficking Awareness Day link. After lunch, Avaloy Lanning, the Executive Director of the Rutland Women’s Network and Shelter will give a presentation on Human Trafficking awareness and understanding.
