Vermont Association For The Blind And Visually Impaired is celebrating their 90th Anniversary with a 90’s Dance Party and (COSTUME CONTEST)! Get it? 90? and Nineties? Get your Fresh Prince of Bellaire on! This is a celebration of an amazing 90 years of service and a fundraiser to support the organization. All you have to do it show up and party! Founded in 1926 with assistance from Helen Keller and the American Foundation For The Blind, The Vermont Association For The Blind And Visually Impaired is the only private agency in Vermont providing services, training and support to Vermonters of all ages experiencing vision loss. VABVI’s mission is to enable Vermonters from infancy to seniors with vision problems, whether blindness or impairment, to achieve and maintain independence.
