Hello everyone!

I'm excited to announce that I will be teaching a weekly, cardio-based kickboxing class. It starts next Tuesday, October 6th, 6:30-7:30 in Studio B. The premiere class will be FREE! Enjoy an hour of FUN, with bad-ass music, empowering jabs and kicks, complemented by stylized maneuvering. This class is about empowerment not competition. You are right where you need to be.
