Join me tomorrow for a total mind body relaxation yoga class at 4:00PM at the Village Shala on the green in Bristol. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation that will remove tension and fatigue in the physical body. When practiced regularly Yoga Nidra is known to help relieve depression, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and normalize the circulatory system. This class is appropriate and yummy for all levels!
