In recognition of the 95th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment giving women the right to vote, the Friends of Lakeview Cemetery are conducting a walking tour through Burlington’s Lakeview Cemetery (455 North Avenue, Burlington). The tour features brief histories of the lives of selected Notable Burlington Women buried at the Cemetery. The historic 1882 Louisa Howard Chapel will also be open for viewing.
