Each year Tony Washburn (former CA teacher) and Doreen Washburn Horton host a fundraiser for the CA Band in memory of their son Mark Washburn (a 1976 graduate of CA and a gifted drummer). This year is will be Sunday Oct. 18th from 1 -5 at the Hyde park VFW with 3-4 bands, joiners and jammers. This is a significant fund raiser for the band and your attendance is helpful and appreciated.. What a great way to encourage our young band members and our new music teacher. look for posters around town and please spread the word. The whole family is welcome. It's a fun afternoon.
