Yes! Faywood Gardens is offering our all organic cooking classes through the fall! We hold classes every Sunday evening in our renovated farmhouse kitchen, or are happy to accommodate private parties of up to 6 on other nights. Private parties are free to choose their own personal menu and hold class on a night that works for them.
This Sunday, October 4, from 6pm to 9pm (includes a tour of the gardens) the menu is Fall Harvest.
The 3 course menu for the evening:
Summer Squash Croquettes with Basil Crème Fraiche
Garden Vegetable Ragu with Grass-Fed Meatballs over Herbed Goat Cheese Polenta
Baked Stuffed Apples with Frangelico cream
Our ingredients are organic and local with an emphasis on island farmers. All classes are 3 course meals, with 2 hours of hands-on preparation and an hour of enjoying your hard earned meal!
Guests are welcome to bring their own beer and/or wine (BYOB).
Please register within 3 days of schedules class - we only have 6 spaces per class!
