The Varnum Memorial Library present Scams, Fraud, and Identity Theft this Thursday, October 1 at 7pm.

This presentation covers the most common scams currently circulating in the community; the major red flags to watch out for; and the tactics consumers can use to protect themselves and their identity. Amy Schram, a Senior Community Outreach Specialist, will teach us what we can do to prevent being scammed or having our IDs stolen and what we can do if we have been victimized. Ms Schram has been with the Better Business Bureau since 2011 and is highly regarded as an effective and entertaining speaker. She welcomes questions at any time during the presentation.
