I am excited to announce a program that is taking place at the Glee Merrit Kelley Community Library in Wolcott on Thursday, October 8, at 6:00 pm. Civil War historian, Tom Ledoux along with Deanna French will be presenting “Wolcott men in the Civil War.” Tom is the founder of the very in-depth web site “Vermont in the Civil War.” There will also be a couple of reenactors as well as authentic 1863 issue Civil War rifles.

Tom and Deanna have collaborated on two books, Spunky Lamoille’s Boys in Blue, 1861-1865 and Spunky Lamoille’s Boys in Blue Too: Out of the Woodwork!, both books will be on sale at the library for purchase.
