Panelists include Rowan Jacobsen, James Beard Winning author Jim Romanoff, Food Editor of Eating Well magazine, and Alice Levitt, senior food writer at Seven Days magazine in Burlington. Tickets are $5. This program is the kick-off to a Cookbook sale. Participants will have the first opportunity to preview and buy cook books from a collection donated by Marialisa Calta, who for 24 years was a syndicated food writer.
