This weeks community yoga will be a warm flow and yin class. Yin yoga focuses on balancing the natural elements of movement and stillness. Classes begins with a heat-building flow of postures connecting movement and breath and ends with series of long-held, deep, relaxing postures. This combination allows for strengthening and stretching of core muscles as well as deep release of connective tissues and joints that allows for an enhanced and blissful state of awareness. Appropriate for all levels. Classes are donation based at $0-$15. Hope to see you there!
