It's time to begin cleaning our your closets! This year's annual Clothing Drop N Swap is coming up soon and donations and volunteers are needed!

For those not familiar with the event, this is an opportunity for you to donate any unwanted, but gently used clothing and other textiles (shoes, belts, bags, linens, coats, etc.), while knowing that they will NOT end up in the landfill! Instead, whatever clothes that aren't taken by "Swappers" will end up either being donated to the Salvation Army of Barre, or be sent to a recyclling facility where they will be turned into plastics!

The "Drop" off of donated items will take place at Plumley Armory from 12 - 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30th.

The "Swap" will take place Saturday, Oct 31st - again at Plumley Armory - from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

One must not need to "drop" in order to "swap" - all one needs on "Swap" day is just $1! One dollar will gain patrons entrance into the Armory and the freedom to choose as many items they want among those sorted clothing! (All proceeds will help to offset the cost of the event's advertising.)
