Public Hearing for Amendments to Interim Zoning

The Richmond Selectboard will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Interim Zoning Bylaws proposal for Jolina Court, pursuant to Title 24, sections 4415 and 4444 of the Vermont Statutes. The public hearing date is September 28, 2015, at 7:00 PM in the meeting room of the Richmond Town Center, 203 Bridge Street, Richmond, Vermont. The proposed amendments to the Interim Zoning Bylaw proposal may suggest changes to the residential density requirements and parking requirements affecting development for three parcels on Jolina Court. If you have questions regarding the proposal that will be discussed please call the Town Manager at 434-5170. A copy of the proposal may be found online at the Town’s website www.richmondvt.gov under Documents, or a copy may be obtained from the Town Planning Office, 434-2430.

Additionally, comments will be heard regarding the Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives/Corrective Action Plan (ABCA/CAP) during this special session. The ABCA/CAP and other related documents are available electronically at the following website under site number “3835”: https://anrweb.vt.gov/DEC/ERT/Hazsites.aspx

Public comments on the ABCA/CAP must be submitted to Matt Becker of Vermont DEC via email at matthew.becker@vermont.gov or via telephone at 802-249-5770 by October 9, 2015.
