This year is the 100th anniversary of the Vermont enabling legislation for Town Forests and every town with a Town Forest is hosting events to celebrate! Here in HInesburg Annette's Preschool is joining in the celebration and has installed a NEW Story Walk for families at the LaPlatte Headwaters Town forest off Gilman Road. The book which can be read along the trail is "Over in the Forest: Come and Take a Peek" by Marianne Berkes. Plan a trip today with your young ones! The Story Walk will be available to enjoy through Oct 2nd.
